1. MATILDA: Three layers of intense and moist chocolate cake, filled with semi-sweet chocolate ganache.

2. TIRAMISU: Three layers of vanilla sponge cake, moist with expresso coffee with a touch of rum, filled with mascarpone cheese frosting. (alcohol-free version available)

​

3. CARROT & WALNUT CAKE: Three layers of the moistest carrot cake, filled with cream cheese frosting.   (walnut-free version available)

4. RED VELVET: Three layers of red velvet cake, filled with cream cheese frosting. 

​

5. CHOCOLATE: Three layers of chocolate sponge cake, moist with chocolate syrup and filled with milk-chocolate ganache.

6. STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE:​ Three layers of vanilla sponge cake, moist with light strawberry syrup, filled with chantilly, homemade strawberry coulis and fresh strawberries.
